Participation in gymnastics helps meet the exercise recommendations set by the American Heart Association of 60 minutes per day for children.

Summer Camps
We offer many types and levels of summer camps. Call Chris Huggett at 214-801-1388 to register.
- June 3-6: Developmental Skills Camp for Boys/Girls Beginner and Intermediate
- June 10-13: Dance Acro & Tumbling Beginner through Advanced
- June 24-27: USAG Levels 1-3 Skills Camp
- July 8-11 Dance Acro & Tumbling Beginner through Advanced
- July 15-18 Team Camp Levels 3-7
- July 22-25 Dance Acro & Tumbling Beginner through Advanced
All camps are Monday-Thursday, 12-3pm. Registration is $180 per kid/per week.
